For First-Attempt Students:

• Apply through the Examination Registration Course Page available on the IHRA LMS.

For Repeat Students:

• Download and complete the attached repeat application form.

• Submit the completed hard copy of the repeat application form, copies of board decisions (if applicable), and the payment slip along with the recommendation of the course coordinator, to the IHRA examination division.
